PADO is a pioneering cryptography company that is advancing the field of Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) through its decentralized computation network powered by a zero-knowledge FHE (zkFHE) protocol. This protocol, foundational to enhancing privacy in blockchain and artificial intelligence sectors, leverages small-field zkSNARKs and linear-time proof generation, allowing for proving bootstrapping in under one second—the first of its kind compared to existing FHE-only market solutions like Zama. Key innovations include an optimized FHE scheme that enhances compatibility with zero-knowledge proofs (zkp), enabling developers to use PADO’s FHE scheme independently in their applications. This optimization also reduces the overhead associated with integrating zkp. Additionally, PADO is developing a new zkp system that efficiently proves the bootstrapping procedure, which is often the most challenging aspect of creating practical FHE applications. For short-term goals, this system supports other types of FHE schemes that enable limited homomorphic operations, improving performance substantially. PADO’s technology is hardware agnostic, operating effectively on general CPUs, and can be further accelerated with specialized hardware like GPUs. This adaptability, combined with seamless integration into major machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, extends the utility of FHE, making it approachable and advantageous for developers. Founded by Dr. Xiang Xie and featuring a strong team including Chief Scientist Xiao Wang, PADO offers versatile and cost-effective FHE solutions, positioning itself as a leader in the next wave of privacy-preserving digital technologies.
