Shu is the Co-Founder of Mizu. Prior to founding Mizu, Shu held numerous roles within Meta. He was a member of the Libra / Novi teams and an Engineer for WhatsApp, Facebook Pay and Instagram NFTs. All together, he has 6+ years experience in building Messaging and Payments infrastructure. Additionally, Shu is an active member within the Ethereum community; he received an Ethereum AA grant and is the Author of EIP 4972/6992/7522.

Peter Chen is an engineer and an entrepreneur, who is building the first-of-its-kind social payment app set to reshape the digital transaction space. He firmly believes that blockchain technology is not merely a digital breakthrough but the cornerstone of a new technological era. Prior to Mizu, he co-founded Hexlink, a project focused on democratizing blockchain access, earning recognition and support from the Ethereum Foundation. Beyond technical ventures, Peter played a pivotal role in the Beta Fellowship startup community, fostering a vibrant network of founders and bridging connections with investors.
