Thomas Yao is the CBO of Zero Gravity Labs. He is the founding partner of IMO Ventures. He was previously an investment partner at FreeS Fund, was part of the core team of HTC Vive, and was the head executive for the Asia Pacific at IDEO. Thomas holds an MBA degree from Stanford University, a Masters degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelors degree in applied physics from Fudan University in Shanghai.

Ming Wu is the CTO of Zero Gravity Labs. Prior to joining Zero Gravity, Ming served as the CTO of Conflux. Before that, Ming spent 16 years as a Researcher at Microsoft where he focused on distributed system design, performance, and diagnosis. He holds a PhD in Computer Architecture from the Institute of Computing Technology.

Fan Long is the CSO of Zero Gravity Labs. Before Zero Gravity, Fan co-founded Conflux, a next generation blockchain protocol with a focus on scalability, security and extensibility. Fan is currently an Assistant Professor at University of Toronto. Fan holds a Ph.D in Computer Science from MIT. He was awarded the ACM SIGSOFT Outstanding Dissertation Award and MIT Best Dissertation Award for his work in Automatic patch generation, which is focused on creating software that promises to automatically correct software defects without the need for developers. He was also a competitive programmer, winning two gold medals in the International Olympiad of Informatics (2005, 2006).
